Landlordlette: Let’s start from the beginning…give us a brie
f recap of who you are, where you came from, your business etc.!

Cassandra: I do more than help people buy homes. I solve problems. I create solutions. I connect the dots. I am the space between where you are and where you are going. Your journey to becoming a homeowner starts here….. I enjoy working with people. Helping buyers, sellers and investors with their Real Estate needs is very rewarding.

The Realtor – (1/2 of the Real Estate Momma’s) I am a Chicagoland native who brings a personable approach to the home buying and selling process. I understand that buying and/or selling a home can often be the largest financial decision in my clients’ lives, so I invest the time to understand your wants and needs. I cater to my client’s needs by being acutely responsive.

The Mom – I am a proud mom of a University of Illinois junior, who is majoring in Agricultural Business. One more year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Person – I love reading, gardening and traveling. I have traveled to Italy, Switzerland, Canada, London, Mexico, Jamaica and Paris. My favorite place is Italy. I am, passionate about helping others; my favorite quote about helping others is by Booker T. Washington “Those who are happiest are those who do the most for others.”

Sheila: Who is Momma E? I’m a woman of great Faith and dedication to the cause I’m focused on for an expected end Jeremiah 29:11.

I’m a Mom: I have two young ladies that made me proud to call them my daughters.

My oldest: A recent graduate of Alabama A&M with a Degree in Biology and Pre-Med with a concentration of Chemistry.

My youngest: A graduate of Crete-Monee High School class of 2017.  She will further her education in the field of Mortuary Science.

Momma E the Realtor: My mission: “TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS ONE HOME AT A TIME”

It’s important to build a rapport with your clients to educate and enhance their knowledge of the home buying process.  The more knowledgeable your client is makes for a smoother  process and relieves them of a lot of nervous tension that most clients feel when making this life changing purchase.

Landlordette: What inspired you to get where you are at today?

Sheila: I give all the Glory to JESUS Christ who guides me through life.
My Heavenly Bound mom who taught me about self worth, hard work and dedication which leads to you achieving your success and to never measure your success by others.

Quote: Anything worth having you must put time in, in order to achieve your goal”

The Greatest, The Magnificent, The Realtor Extraordinaire Mr Joshua (The Taco Man) Inglis He is the the most genuine and giving man. With a huge heart that is as big as life. If you need it Joshua is there to assistance and he truly gives out of his abundance.

Cassandra:  In life, my mother has been a big been the biggest inspiration in my life, she encourages me to never give up.  And in business, I have to say that Joshua Inglis has inspired us to think out of the box.

Landlordette: Throughout your career what have been your biggest struggles?

Cassandra: My biggest struggle was to just get started, making the first step towards my goal.

Sheila: Finding enough time to service my clients in the high standard I have set for myself

Landlordlette: How did you overcome these ups and downs? What advice would you give to people in that position?

Cassandra: I surrounded myself with positive people, people who believed in me and encouraged me. My advice to others is to change your mindset, there is power in positive thinking. If you can imagine it you can accomplish it.

Sheila: Time management and staying focus on what’s really important.

Landlordette: If you could, would you change anything about your journey?

Cassandra: There is actually nothing I would change in my journey, I believe that every obstacle has gotten me to where I am today.

Sheila: This journey has been predestined by GOD to have gone this exact way.
Meeting Momma Cass and Joshua Inglis has been an amazing enhancement to my Real Estate Business.

Landlordette: Has luck played a meaningful role getting you where you are today?

Cassandra: I don’t believe in luck, everything in life can be traced back to some amount of effort,  planning ,preparation and coordination.

Sheila: This why we are partners “GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE” I as well don’t believe in luck. This is a faith walk and I rely on GOD’s Promises to get me through and HE will never fail me.Real.Estate.Mamas.Pic.3.2018.08.21.jpg

Landlordette: Let’s talk real estate…what do you think will be the biggest changes in the industry over the next few years?

Cassandra: Technology developments in recent years has changed nearly every industry, and real estate is no exception. The process of listing, viewing, buying and selling properties has become more streamline.
With a focus on innovation, eXp Realty is changing the way that agents, brokers and consumers work together. eXp Realty’s virtual office environment compared to the traditional real estate office allows agents to collaborate and learn together — no matter where they might be located

Sheila: With technology evolving daily and how it’s continuously revolutionizing every sector in our society the Real Estate Industry will not be left behind. I believe we are on the cusp of teleportation. The act of transferring matter or energy from one point to another or better yet, one showing location to another, one closing to another. Think about Star Trek when Doctor Spock, Captain Kirk and the crew would go to the teleportation machine to get from one location to another. Well folks I think that would be a fantastic asset for Realtors to get to all our appointments in a timely fashion wherever that may be. “BEAM ME UP, SCOTTY”

Landlordette: Any mentors? Who has played a meaningful role in getting you where you are today?

Cassandra: Joshua Inglis has been a great help to me in my business, I can call on him at any time and he is never to busy to answer my questions, I have never meet someone so willing to share their knowledge.

Sheila: Joshua Inglis Joshua Inglis and Joshua Inglis this man is someone you should
know. He is a wealth of real estate knowledge and he continues to be that boost of energy needed to keep my momentum going.

Landlordette: A couple fun questions…If you could have any superpower what would it be and why?

Cassandra: If I could choose a superpower, I would chose the ability to Fly, (have you seen the gas prices lately)

Sheila: I would love to have the ability to do things at super rate of speed with accuracy. Imagine how many showings you could go to or listing presentations you could do or contracts you would write and still have time for yourself.

Landlordette: Would you rather have an all expense paid wardrobe or vacation?

Cassandra: I would rather a paid vacation preferably to Italy.

Sheila:  I would rather have an expensive wardrobe then I would give a HAND UP to those who are in need.
